Andy, if its easier for you I could meet you on the cycle track near where I live and the start point for some of my Saturday rides. It takes about 15 mins from there to Kellaway avenue so if we left at 8.15am that should give us time.

Planning to make this as long as possible, so will start at Costa, see you just before 8.

I take it there will be a stop somewhere? I've never really carried energy bars before, and don't have any ... relied on the food stations on event rides in the past ... wouldn't know what to take and bit late to get anything now ...

My friend Gavin will be joining us tomorrow if that's alright? He's been out on a couple of Saturday rides before, so some of you will know who he is.

Cool, no danger of that I shouldn't think. He'll be meeting us at the Create centre.
