Ok for those that are interested I went out this morning and "attacked" the "W" and Selsey hills.
I also ordered Cake for Sunday at the cafe.
Here is my Garmin trace for the two hills .
W and Selsey

You'll be surprised , I had a very nasty attack of the Tom tits in Spanish speaking Spain resulting in me losing over half a stone, leaving me all weak, pastey(not pasty) faced and anaemic, in fact, yes I look like a "cyclist" now . Now you might argue this should make me a faster climber and you'd right to an extent, but only because I don't have a downstairs loo !
