@Fog - was 63 miles, although there are some proper mountains in Wales so was tough going. Torrential rain just as we finished, how was the weather on the club ride?

Chuffed I hit 50mph on the new bike to, although equally chuffed I caught a car that slowed me down just before a nasty hairpin :p

Great ride Chris, that was a fair old pace, next week's ride will probably be a bit more gentle, any preference on direction?

I made it 2:15 and 17.5 MPH average. Pace was good today. A Monmouth>Usk loop would be good next week, i have a 56 mile route.

@aerobully .... a thought occurs to me ... the Edge 500 "may" have
an elevation point still set - my front door is at 78m !!!!

and I've some VERY strict adherence to rule 7 going on :-)

I think a new rule regarding the consumption of cake and latte is required. Very Happy
