Just to let anyone who can make it know that Chris G suggested a ride to Monmouth,
i'm up for it, if anyone else can come along post a message to confirm,the start time will be 9 o clock meeting at tesco's,

As you know a lot of us are attempting the Weston ride this week so Numbers might be down a bit but I know young 'santas'was up for a ride.TRY not to kill him on his first ride Very Happy We will do that later with the WI cake run.

I'd best go oil my chain, pump my tyres up and remove any unwanted ballast!!! Might even have to hold on to a few passing cars, ala TDF style! I hope the winds behind us Very Happy

Wont be long before we are drafting you the way you climbed Horton Hill on Tuesday.
You will be posting a time up Belmont hill on The Cheesy riders next.

Had a great ride today with newbie Christian, didn't go to Monmouth, went to Shire Newton instead,
weather turned out to be not so bad in the end with only the first 10 miles or so being in the rain, will be planning another 9 o clock start next weak so if anybody is interested post up.

Steve re next week we are of to Chew Valley Lakes .We are of at 10.00 but Neil was looking for a ride at 09.00 going same way. any use?

That sounds like a good idea, i might even start from Bradley Stoke in stead of Warmley, don't know yet, depends who's going to start at 9 o clock
