A little tour of Lower Monmouthshire.

http://ridewithgps.com/routes/9717510

Although around 60 miles, a lot of it is flat and what climbing there is is steady. So not nearly as much effort as it looks.
Scoff stop will be with Wendy at the Seawalls Cafe.
Usual 10:00 Costa start, with the option of joining at the bridge around 10:30.

Thanks for the lantern rouge offer John. I might even have a go at leading if I've got the puff.

Thought everybody knew that the rotator cuff is a group of integral muscles, tendons and accompanying ligaments that stabilize the arm and shoulder. They are responsible for facilitating lifting and rotating movements in the arm.

Ok, I admit I had to Google it !

correct Gary ... and when you manage to put some small tears in a couple of
them it becomes VERY limiting. I can barely put weight on my left arm and changing
gear in the car is excruciating ... Sad

Back from riding in the sweltering heat of France and looking forward to getting out without being plastered in factor 50+
