Would like to join in this week, have you seen the forecast though?! No
If it's hideous I'll be taking a rain check!

Blimey, pressure's on now

25 or so miles at a very steady pace, only the short steepness of Coxgrove and the long but steady climb up over Kelston to worry about.

My intention was to stop at the Bird in Hand at Saltford if anyone fancies it, but bear in mind I will pull off just after Bitton station so anyone who comes will need to know their way back to the Willy Wicket from there.

re weather, if it's absolutely pouring down then off but I think we will be ok

So five of us in the end, Paul, Tom, Pat, newbie Steve and me.

Led the ride in the loosest sense of the word entirely from the back Crying or Very sad

Enjoyed it though and a welcome pint, hope Pat got home ok as he was in 'stealth mode'

Well done Mike. The best place to lead is from the rear that way you know everyone else is ok.
How did Steve get on?

Steve was more than capable of the ride, he will fit in well if he comes along on a Sat/Sun ride
