Another great ride and over 3500ft of climbing to boot. 2 cakes and one coffee. Must try harder on the coffee front next week! http://connect.garmin.com/activity/103055021

A great ride indeed, cheers all. The descent from Wentwood was particularly good.

Today's tally for me is 2 coffees, 1 muffin, 1 bag of crisps, 1 pint of bitter shandy, cake, a Nutri-Grain bar, a KFC Zinger burger, a milkshake, and 2 cups of Pepsi Max (cheers Mark). If only there was a prize for gluttony...

1 slice of carrot cake, one pint of larger, a gel, 1 latte
and a cup of pepsi (second cheers mark !!) ... I must try harder :-)

Great ride though - the company was most excellent :-)
