El Capitan has informed me that the general consensus is for us to descend upon the "Bristol bespoke Bike show"
Temple Meads.....i believe Julian has agreed to sort the route for us !

It looks like ticket cost will be £15.85.pale inc booking fee...couldn't see if there is any discount available for CTC membership etc.

Your thoughts ??

On route 1 I would say Mill lane / portbury lane is a better ride than Failand lane /  oxhouse lane, not as steep but it is a bit busier traffic wise.

I assume everyone is bringing a big lock if we are going to the bike show.

I work about a 5 min walk from Temple Meads and am planning to leave my bike (still with bike lock) at work in the secure underground car park.

Am happy for others to do the same but we will obviously all need to leave at the same time if you want your bike back!

I'm bringing my lock plus a 4 foot extension cable for it so can lock up a few bikes.
