After two weeks of high intensity its time to take it a bit easier, so off to the two tunnels.. not tried the cafe after the

Pub, any reviews welcome "lights required", always get lost going across from the cycle track to the tunnels, anybody
Fancy assisting.... your help would be much appreciated !!

Cafe is ok a good Pasty when we went a while back.

2-3 miles or so just keep going you cant miss it it is part of stables

Cast is off now so can grip the handlebars again. cheers

Both my wrists are still too weak to ride though, so going to have to miss this one. Sad

I think it may be a couple more weeks before I am able to do a gentle ride.

BTW, nice image. Goes well with my Lanterne Rouge jersey.
