    Old Persons outing 25th Nov

Post  PeterP on Mon Nov 21, 2011 7:18 pm

    Dear older persons,
Unfortunately will be unable to ride on Friday, having major house surgery and have to assist. I can't come up with a valid reason for absence. Enjoy the ride and house permitting will see you for the next Friday outing.

This post started ok but then rapidly went down hill with WAY to much information.
Any chance I can take your word for the injuries?
Main thing is .................IS THE BIKE OK?

Personally I find it hardly worthy of any expression of regret or condolence when a dumb, inanimate and cheaply replicated piece of hardware gets damaged in the hurly burly of life, love and bicycling....
I do agree about the brake lever though, huge pity!...

I trust you are looking after that lever well. It most likely needs some TLC.
