One idea:--
Here is one we did earlier July last year.
Could even do backwards.
Looks like we stopped at Falfield for coffee and cake.

Looks quite a nice route to me, should be fine in either direction (less of a sting in the tail anti-clockwise I guess :p ). Seems a fairly long A38 stretch though, is that for the cafe stop? If not then could avoid a chunk of it by going through Rockhampton and Lower Stone...

I think the A38 bit is to get to/from Coffee shop but if we go for it I will have a look at a re route to avoid.
Yep just looked two and half miles to get to coffee stop.

I remember that one ... nice route, apart from the A38 bit !
Still the cake was worth it :-)

Looks good and hopefully no more ice! This mountain biking lark has been fun this last couple of weeks, but I need cake (MTB cake stop = beer and crisps)

Sorry it's a bit late in the day but any chance we could give North Bristol a miss this Sunday ? How about East to Hullavington http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/53619108/?open_ive_done=1&new_route=1 or this one we did on the 9th october last that includes that lane that runs parallel to the M5 from Clevedon to Portbury http://www.mapmyride.com/workout/71739724

Whatever route is chosen, I'll be there Sunday (and maybe Scott jnr too)

After prolonged disscusions today Plus It's to late to start changing route we are going with the above.
If you want to suggest a route doing so with a bit more notice would be advantageous.Cafe has been warned etc.

Pssst - Martin

We're meeting at Costa at 9.30 for a start at 10.00 - don't tell Scott I told you, though.

... and you won't be the fattest and slowest rider - that'll be me. But you might be the rudest

Once more the well thought out witty Retort wins hands down.
Maybe BFC does stand for Big Fat C*** and not Cyclist
